We are a small business that has been using an on-premise email server for years. The maintenance and management of this server are becoming a significant and costly burden.

Our internal email server is very expensive to maintain and manage. It requires constant updates, security patching, and troubleshooting. The high cost and complexity are no longer justifiable for our business size.
Problems Caused:
The high cost of our on-premise email server is a drain on our budget. The constant need for maintenance also diverts valuable time from our IT team. The unreliability of the server sometimes causes service disruptions.
Proposed Method:
The freelancer will plan and execute a seamless migration of our emails from our on-premise server to a managed cloud service like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. This involves migrating all mailboxes, users, and historical data with minimal downtime and disruption to our daily operations.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in email migration.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of DNS configuration.
- Excellent planning and communication skills.
Experience Required:
3+ years of experience in cloud migration, specifically with email systems.
Delivery:
All company mailboxes successfully migrated to the new cloud service.
Support:
We require 2 weeks of post-delivery support to assist our employees with the transition and address any issues.
