We are building a trust-minimized escrow protocol in stealth. We aren't focused on marketing—we are focused on shipping secure, audited, on-chain logic. We are looking for a senior contributor who treats smart contract code like a legal document and frontend code like a high-stakes financial tool.
The Challenge
- Hardening: You will own the security and efficiency of our escrow state machine.
- Foundry-First: We live in Foundry. You will be writing invariant tests and ensuring our deployment flows are bulletproof.
- UX/UI: You will build the interface that makes complex multi-step transactions feel seamless using wagmi/viem.
Your Profile
- Location: Must be based in US or EU timezones (UTC-8 to UTC+2).
- You have shipped production smart contracts and understand the cost of gas and the danger of reentrancy.
- You are an expert in the React/Next.js stack and manage complex async state in Web3.
- You prefer writing tests over writing features.
- You want to solve a real-world problem (trust) rather than just "building another DApp."
The Pipeline
We respect your time. Our hiring process is designed to filter for elite engineering talent:
- Initial Submission: Send your GitHub/Portfolio.
- Initial Vetting: We review all submissions to ensure technical alignment.
- The Paid Assessment: If your profile aligns, you will be invited to complete a 4–6 hour paid technical assessment. We pay for your time because we respect your expertise.
- Technical Deep-Dive: If your assessment passes our security and quality standards, we will schedule a short, high-level meeting to discuss your implementation.
- Workspace Access: Only after successful vetting and a deep-dive meeting will you be invited to our private Slack workspace. This ensures our collaboration environment remains productive and secure.
To Apply:
Reach out via WhatsApp (+1 (339) 746-4889).
Include:
- Your GitHub/Portfolio.
- The most complex smart contract project you’ve shipped.
- One reason why you prefer Foundry over Hardhat.
